-Sapphire: (AGL), 4.68 carats, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, including some along the crown and girdle, some surface abrasions.
-Diamonds: two triangular-shaped, weighing a total of approximately 0.50 - 0.70 carat, G-H color, VS clarity.
