The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
-Overall condition: good. Wear commensurate with age. Fitted with a single clip at reverse. Clip has been altered since the brooch's creation and may not be original.
-Additional marks: Bte S.G.D.G.
-Rubies, emeralds and sapphires: with typical inclusions, some eye-visible and surface reaching. With minor abrasions and nicks. One carved sapphire with moderate chip.
-Diamonds: G to I color, VS to SI clarity.
