The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age with light scratches throughout. Fitted with secure clasp. Clasp of later addition.
-Additional marks: French maker's mark (partially indistinct).
-The movement is ticking at time of cataloguing, however working order and time keeping cannot be guaranteed at time of purchase.
-Rubies: with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, abrasion marks and cavities. A few rubies with surface reaching fractures.
-Diamonds: bright and lively.
