The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of use commensurate with age. Opens with a small pressured thumb-piece to reveal three mirros and a lidded powder compartment.
-Additional mark: MADE IN FRANCE.
-Enamel: in good condition, with a few losses at the corners.
-Emeralds: with typical inclusions, some surface reaching and small cracks. A few loose but secure in the setting.
-Rubies: with typical inclusions, some surface reaching. A few loose but secure in the setting.
-Diamonds: bright and lively.
-Mirror: some deterioration visible commensurate with the age of the piece.
