The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age with a few scratches and traces of tarnish. Fitted secure clasp and safety chain.
-Emeralds with typical eye-visible inclusions, some surface reaching. Base of the cabochons with abrasion marks and cavities. Calibré-cut emeralds with cracks and fractures.
-Seed pearls: white bodycolour, a few wit rosé overtones. With a few typical blemishes such as wrinkles and variations to nacre.
-Diamonds: bright and lively.
