The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age with scratches and light traces of tarnish to the reverse. Fitted with secure clasp.
-Natural pearls: white and slightly cream bodycolour, partly with rosé and green overtones. With typical blemishes such as pits and variations to nacre. A few with crazing.

-Emeralds: with typical eye-visible inclusions, beads with surface reaching fractures.
-Diamonds: on average J to K colour, SI clarity.
