The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Minor signs of wear, some small scratches. Necklace with secure clasp and safety catch. Earrings with retractable post and clip fittings.
- Additional marks: 750, Italian marks.
- GRS, 2002, report no. GRS2002-01421: Burma, heated, insignificant to minor residue within fissures.
- Rubies: with typical natural inclusions, some surface reaching, some small chips.
- Diamonds: on average G-H colour, VS-SI clarity.
