The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of use commensurate with age, abrasion marks to the metal and visible tarnish.
-Additional marks: C° inc France 1483, E.W.&C.C° INC FRANCE 15 FIFTEEN JEWELS, NY (on the inside).
-Agate: with typical banding and some small chips.
-Mother-of-pearl: with typical iridescence and a few scratches.
-Lapis lazuli: with typical appearance, visible calcite and pyrite. One lapis chipped.
-Blue enamel: good condition. With a few visible losses on the numerals.
-Diamonds: bright and lively.
-The movement is ticking at time of cataloguing, however working order and time keeping cannot be guaranteed at time of purchase.
