FURTHER DETAILS
Georges Lenfant is a French jeweller of the 20th century, especially known for his gold works. Born and raised in the field of jewellery, he registered his mark in 1909 and specialised in working with gold: chains, bracelets and necklaces of all kinds would take shape at his bench, revealing intricate and delicate links, sometimes with woven textures or twisted motifs, combining different gold colours. Georges Lenfant worked for some of the biggest name of the French joaillerie, such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels or Mellerio dits Meller.
