The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Show normal signs of wear, including abrasion marks. Fitted with secure clasp.
-Mother-of-pearl: in good condition, of white to grey bodycolour with rosé and green overtones and typical iridescence. Light scratches visible to the surface and one pierced hole visible to the reverse.
-Black enamel: in fair condition, with visible losses and highly abraded surface.
-Diamonds: on average H to I colour, SI clarity, with a few chips.
