The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches throughout. A few traces of tarnish.
- Fittings: earrings with clip fittings. Brooches with single pin and safety catch, one brooch convertible for wear as pendant.
- Additional marks: OR 750, jeweller's mark, 750R73, 750CB.
- Rock crystals: with typical inclusions and a few eye visible chips.
- Diamonds: bright and lively.
- Rubies: a few typical inclusions and a few surface-reaching.
