The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, a few small scratches and nicks throughout.
- Fitting: single pin with safety catch.
- Emerald: with typical eye visible inclusions, a few surface-reaching, a few small chips to girdle.
- Diamonds: on average H-I colour (a few J colour), VS-SI clarity (a few I).
