The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age, including some abrasion marks. Traces of tarnish and patina to metal. Closed back setting. Fitted with secure clasp.
-Additional mark: scratched number.
-Rubies: with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, some cavities and chips.
-Diamonds: bright and lively.
-Enamel: with some chips. One link with a few prominent chips.
