The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Minor signs of wear, small scratches. Double pin.
- Additional marks: 750, French mark.
- Originally mounted with a single pin and safety catch, later modified to have double pins.
- Ruby: with typical inclusions, one chip to the surface.
- Emeralds: with some typical inclusions.
- Onyx: in good condition.
- Diamonds: bright and lively.
- One small diamond deficient.
