The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear with a few light scratches. Fitted with double pin.
-Additional marks: 2.1, 2.69, 3.59, 2.60 (all of them stating the emerald's weight).
-Emeralds: with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, cavities and chips.
-Diamonds: on average H to I colour, SI to I clarity.
