The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Shows normal signs of wear, some small scratches and a few small nicks.
- Additional marks: PT900, 2.53, D2.21.
- Alexandrite: 1 oval brilliant step-cut alexandrite with client stated weight of 2.53 carats, with a few typical inclusions.
- Diamond: 10 pear-shaped diamonds with client stated weight of 2.21 carats, on average G to H colour, SI to I clarity.
