The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: commensurate with age. Shows signs of wear, small scratches throughout and a few nicks.
- Fitting: secure clasp and safety catch.
- Diamond: over 130 round and marquise-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 3.00 - 4.00 carats, bright and lively.
- Emerald: 18 baguette-cut emeralds, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching and a small few chips.
- Movement ticking at time of cataloguing, however working order and time keeping cannot be guaranteed at time of purchase.
