- Fitting: post fittings, for pierced ears.
- Additional mark: 750.
- Conch pearl: 8 drop-shaped conch pearls measuring approximately 7.71 x 5.40 x 5.00 mm to 5.85 x 5.16 x 5.12 mm, with typical flame structure and slight surface irregularity.
- Diamond: numerous diamonds with total approximate weight of 3.50 - 4.00 carats, bright and lively.
- Pink sapphire: good condition, with typical inclusions.
