The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Shows minor signs of wear, a few small scratches.
- Fitting: post fittings, for pierced ears; backings not original and not in match.
- Cultured pearl: 2 variously coloured round cultured pearls measuring approximately 17.55 to 17.36 mm, with typical blemishes, a few nicks and pits.
- Diamond: 2 kite-shaped diamonds with total approximate weight of 2.00 - 2.50 carats, on average G to H colour, VS clarity.
- Coloured diamond: 2 round pink diamonds with total approximate weight of 0.20 - 0.30 carat, bright and lively.
