The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: necklace, earrings and bracelet very good. Shows normal signs of wear, some small scratches and a few small nicks. Ring commensurate with age, with scratches on ring band and a few nicks.
- Additional mark: 750, 18K.
- Fitting: necklace with secure clasp; earrings with post and clip fittings; bracelet with secure clasp.
- Diamond: over 820 round and baguette-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 15.50 - 17.50 carats, bright and lively.
- Cultured pearl: with typical growth mark and small traces of glue mark.
