The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good, show normal signs of wear with scratches on metal and show traces of tarnish.
- Additional marks: brooch stamped 14K; earring backings stamped 750.
- Fittings: earrings post and butterfly fittings, for pierced ears; brooch single pin with safety catch.
- Jadeite: with typical fissures, closed back.
- Diamond: 88 round diamonds with total approximate weight of 4.00 - 4.30 carats, on average G-H colour, mostly SI clarity (some I clarity).
