The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches and nicks throughout.
- Additional mark: 750 on one ring.
- Jadeite: with typical fissures, closed back.
- Sapphire: 1 oval cabochon sapphire measuring approximately 6.00 - 6.50 carats and 12 calibré-cut sapphires; with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching.
- Diamond: 53 round and baguette-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 2.00 - 2.20 carats, on average F to H colour, VS to SI clarity.
