The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Shows minor signs of wear. A few small scratches, nicks and chips.
- Additional marks: A8789, JFCCO.
- Sapphire: 1 pear-shaped cabochon sapphire with approximate weight of 11.00 - 12.00 carats; with typical inclusions, a few small surface-reaching to front, visible surface-reaching to reverse under mounting.
- Diamond: 10 round and marquise-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 0.33 - 0.35 carat , bright and lively.
