The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches and a few nicks.
- Additional mark: PT950; ring marked 3.96ct.
- Fitting: earrings with post and clip fittings, for pierced ears.
- Sapphire: largest oval-cut sapphire with approximate weight of 3.85 - 3.95 carats; remaining 12 oval-cut sapphires with total approximate weight of 14.00 - 14.20 carats; with typical inclusions, a few small small surface-reaching.
- Emerald: 18 cabochon emeralds with total approximate weight of 7.00 - 7.50 carats, with typical inclusions and surface-reaching.
- Diamond: 18 pear-shaped and 2 round diamonds with total approximate weight of 5.00 - 5.50 carats, on average G to H colour, VS clarity (a few SI).
