The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: very good. Show normal signs of wear with scratches.
- Fittings: earrings with post fittings for pierced ears only.
- Sapphire: 3 antique cushion-cut sapphires (2 SSEF); ring with approximate weight of 5.00 - 6.00 carats and earrings with approximate weight of 4.00 - 5.00 carats; with typical inclusions.
- Diamond: approximately 160 round diamonds with total approximate weight of 5.50 to 6.50 carats, on average G to H colour, VS clarity.
