The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches and nick throughout. Traces of solder marks.
- Topaz: 1 emerald-cut topaz with approximate weight of 14.00 - 15.00 carats, with a few typical inclusions.
- Diamond: 18 marquise-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 0.55 - 0.65 carat, on average H to I colour, SI to I clarity, some small chips and abrasion marks to girdle.
