The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good, signs of typical wear. Clasp secure. Appears to be a mid 19th century rivière with pear fringe added later (circa 1880s-90s). The back of the necklace near the clasp has been lengthened slightly - by the addition of jump rings between the diamond collets (5 per side)
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 25.00-27.00 carats, ranging from approx. 0.15-1.25 on the rivière and 0.25-1.40 on the pear fringe, on average assessed to be I-K colour, VS-SI (one or two I)
