The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Normal signs of wear commensurate with age. Secure clasps and with retractable pendant loop.
- Diamonds: central old cushion-cut diamond weighs 4.73 carats, assessed to be G+ colour, SI clarity (kaleidoscopic reflecting central crystal), no fluorescence. Remaining diamonds total weight approximately 7.00 - 7.50 carats.
- Seed pearls: overall in good condition, minor blemishes.
