The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good/fair
- Rubies are pink in tone, oval/cushion-cut with typical inclusions, some surface wear and chips
- Emeralds are pale green with numerous inclusions, some surface wear and chips - one emerald deficient
- Mounts untested but likely to be high carat gold (buttery yellow, soft appearance), hand-made antique components resulting in some variation and kinks to the setting, particularly apparent when on a flat surface
- Please note that the bracelets are of different lengths: one approximately 16.0cm. including some later chain extension (approx.. 0.5cm) at the tongue end of the clasp, the other approx.. 15.0cm.
- Old small lead solder repairs to tongue of one clasp and to several links.
