The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Typical signs of wear consistent with age, some traces of solder to reverse. Clasp secure, slightly stiff.
- Metal unsigned.
- Rubies: with typical natural inclusions, a few surface reaching, small nicks and scratches.
- Diamonds: total diamond weight approximately 7.00 - 8.00 carats.
