The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Small scratches to the metal, consistent with normal wear. With double pin fitting and safety catch. Flowerhead with slight rotation but secure.
- Additional marks: French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum, maker's mark 'J T-shaped ruler B' for Jean Thierry Bondt.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 1.60 - 1.80 carats.
- Enamel: in good condition, some small areas of loss, in areas around the edge of petals both on the back and front of the flowerhead, mostly surface chips and not immediately apparent.
