The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Bangle clasp secure, earrings with clip fittings.
- Additional marks: Bangle tongue with French import marks for gold (beetle), maker's mark 'S 2 interlaced crescents A' for Société Anonyme Cartier. Bangle signed Cartier 1994, 750, '49' referring to the Cartier bangle size. Earrings unsigned, one with Italian maker's mark '1974AI', the other stamped 750.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 4.80 - 5.00 carats (bangle) and 1.50 - 1.70 carats (earrings).
