The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Small scratches to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. With clip fittings.
- Additional marks: French assay marks for 18 carat gold, maker's mark 'crescent JC star' for Joseph Chaumet.
- Coral: with typical fibrous structure, a few lighter areas, overall in good condition, with a few small nicks and scratches.
- Onyx: in good condition, a few small scratches.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.40 - 0.50 carat.
