The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some small scratches to the metal, consistent with normal wear. Necklace clasp secure. Earrings with post fittings.
- Additional marks (necklace): 14K 585.
- Additional marks (earrings): 18K, 750, maker's marks (unidentified).
- Cultured pearls: of golden body colour, with greenish overtones, with typical variation to nacre, blemishes and pits throughout, generally eye-visible.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 1.50 - 1.90 carats.
