The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Wear commensurate with age, some evidence of solder and repair. Brooch with single pin fitting that can be unscrewed to attach pendant fitting - please note that the screwdriver is deficient. Necklace clasp secure.
- Metal unsigned, necklace clasp stamped 950.
- Natural pearl: measures approximately 11.25 - 12.70 x 14.55 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 14.00 carats/56 grains (SSEF), slightly baroque drop-shaped, half drilled, backside of pearl has been partly worked, of white body colour, with rose and green overtones, with typical variation to nacre but generally in good condition overall, some noticeable blemishes.
- Rubies: with typical inclusions, very few small nicks to facet edges.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.90 - 1.00 carat.
