The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some small areas of tarnish and scratches to metal, consistent with normal wear. Areas of solder in particular to the brooch where it seems that a previous brooch fitting was removed. Necklace with secure clasp and safety chain, the brooch with single pin fitting and safely catch.
- Yellow metal, unsigned.
- Emeralds (necklace):
measure approximately 10.6 x 6.6 x 4.5 mm stated to weigh approximately 1.90 carats,
approximately 9.5 x 7.0 x 3.1 mm stated to weigh approximately 1.20 carats,
approximately 10.8 x 6.5 x 4.5 mm stated to weigh 1.90 carats (GCS);
with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, nicks, scratches and abrasions throughout, a small cavity to the largest emerald, the two smaller emeralds with bruted facets to the pavilion.
- Emerald (brooch): measures approximately 11.6 x 10.3 x 4.8 mm stated to weigh approximatively 4.2 carats (GCS), with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, nicks, scratches and abrasions throughout, larger scratch/cavity across one crown facet reaching onto the table.
- Diamonds: very approximately 6.50 - 8.50 carats total.
- Enamel: some areas of loss in particular to the necklace.
