The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Emeralds: with typical natural inclusions, some small nicks to facet edges.
- Diamonds: principal old cushion-cut diamond measures approximately 8.30 x 7.25 x 5.48 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 1.80 - 2.00 carats, assessed to be J to K colour, VS2 to SI1 clarity, chip to girdle, medium fluorescence. Remaining diamonds total weight approximately 1.00 carat, assessed to be on average J to K colour, SI to I clarity.
