The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good condition overall. There are a few internal cracks to the bowenite, consistent with the natural properties of the stone. There are also a few small scratches to the gold leaves on the top. Otherwise, very minor surface scratching consistent with age.
The case in fairly good condition. The back wooden panel on the cover is detached. There is also some staining to the velvet lining.
