The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Wear commensurate with age, some small areas of tarnish and silver patina.
- Diamond: measures approximately 9.16 x 7.9 mm unable to access depth due to closed setting, calculated to weigh very approximately 2.20 - 2.60 carats, assessed to be J to K colour, SI2 clarity, medium to strong fluorescence.
- Rubies: with typical inclusions and some abrasion to facet edges.
- Emeralds: with verbal opinion from GCS, 2024, stating that the emeralds are Colombian, minor clarity enhancement; with typical inclusions and some abrasion to facet edges.
