The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Numerous scratches and nicks to the metal, consistent with regular wear.
- Additional marks: French assay mark for 18 carat gold, Au750-Pt, maker's mark 'Louis Vuitton monogram' for Louis Vuitton, '52' referring to the Louis Vuitton ring size.
- Opal: measures 17.75 x 15.00 x 5.76 mm (SSEF), displays good play of colour, with blue, green, yellow and orange flashes, some small scratches to the surface.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 4.00 - 4.50 carats, unable to assess colour and clarity due to mounting.
