The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Wear commensurate with age, some areas of tarnish. Single pin fitting with later safety catch, three pendant hooks to the reverse.
- Additional marks: French assay mark for 18 carat gold, rubbed French maker's mark.
- Emeralds: with typical natural inclusions, some surface reaching, some small chips and nicks to the facet edges.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats.
