The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Minor signs of wear. Clasps secure with safety catches, brooch with double pin fitting. Some traces of alteration/repair and glue.
- Metal unsigned.
- Pearls: of cream body colour with green and rose overtones, round, well matched, good lustre, with typical variation to nacre but generally in good condition overall, some small blemishes and pits.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 5.00 - 6.00 carats.
