The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Minor signs of wear.
- Additional marks: 18ct, F.J.
- Alexandrite: measures 6.7 x 6.2 x 4.3 mm (Gem & Pearl Laboratory), calculated to weigh approximately 1.40 - 1.50 carats, abrasion to the facet edges, small scratches to the facets.
- Half pearls: of cream body colour with rose and green overtones, well matched, one half pearl possibly replaced.
