The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some scratches to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Double pin fitting, with single safety catch.
- Additional marks: French assay marks for 18 carat gold, partial French maker's mark 'letters rubbed either side of an ear of wheat motif' (unidentified).
- Aventurine quartz: in good condition overall, some small scratches and nicks to the surface, with characteristic inclusions, some surface reaching.
- Sapphire: with a small chip and abrasion to facet edges.
- Diamond: total weight approximately 0.02 carat.
