The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Diamonds: approximate total weight 11.00-12.00 carats, assessed to be G-I colour, VS clarity
- Rubies: approximately 25.00-30.00 carats, well matched, pinkish red colour and good clarity. GCS - randomly tested sample from Burma, Mogok, smallest weighs approximately 0.40 carats and the largest approximately 1.65 carats
