- Metal unsigned, with good polish and minimal signs of wear
- Diamonds: approximate total weight 39.00-41.00 carats, on average J colour, a few K colour, SI clarity, a few I clarity
- Sapphire: good condition, measures approximately 19.7 x 17.4 x 10.6mm, with verbal opinion from GCS, 2023 stating origin Madagascar, indications of heating
