The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows signs of normal wear. Fitted with clip backs for pierced and non-pierced ears. Fitted with a double pinstem at reverse. Glue visible on reverse of brooch over turquoise.
-Amethysts: well matched with typical inclusions, many with abrasions light scratches and minor nicks.
-Turquoise: from green to blue hue, with typical inclusions.
