The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age including abrasions and numerous areas of eye-visible discoloration to the metal throughout. Some areas of pitting to the metal on the sides of the brooch. Fitted with a single pinstem at reverse. Please note the pinstem is yellow gold.
-Aquamarine: with few typical inclusions, surface abrasions and minor surface abrasions, predominantly to the four corners of the rectangular-shaped examples.
-Diamonds: H to I color, SI to I clarity. Some examples with heavy chips. Multiple examples with eye-visible discoloration near the setting.
