-Overall condition: fair. Shows signs of wear including abrasions to the gold and a minor chip to the lapis lazuli.
-Additional marks: Made in Italy, 20KT.
-Lapis lazuli: with abrasions and a chip at one point.
-Sapphire: with numerous typical inclusions, including a surface reaching inclusion visible to the unaided eye.
-Diamonds: bright and lively.
