The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear including abrasions throughout.
-Emeralds: ranging from approximately 1.65 to 0.10 carat and with an approximate total carat weight of 25.00 - 30.00 carats, with numerous typical eye-visible inclusions, some surface reaching, abrasions throughout.
-Diamonds: H to I color, VS to SI clarity.
